Excellent performance

1. Corrosion and wear resistance silicon carbide has strong hardness (greater than Mohs grade 9), and its wear resistance is more than ten times that of alloy diamond and wear-resistant cast iron. It also has good corrosion resistance to acid and alkaline substances.

2. Silicon carbide products are sintered at 1500 ℃, with high temperature resistance, can be used in the environment below 1600 ℃, and has good thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity of more than 12.

application area 

1. Iron and steel mine

The blast furnace slag conveying pipeline, dust removal pipeline and water flushing slag chute made of silicon carbide products show special advantages in wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The service life can reach 5-8 years. The wear resistance and economy are better than cast stone and industrial ceramics. The effect is better when it is used in the concentrate trough, lower ore box and material conveying chute of the mine. The silicon carbide wear-resistant pump used in beneficiation is an ideal wear-resistant equipment.

2. Thermal power generation

Iron elbow, coal mixer and powder exhaust fan lined with silicon carbide products are wear-resistant equipment of thermal power plant, with a service life of 8-10 years.

3. Nonferrous metals, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing
