2. Anodizing treatment: after surface preparation treatment for ceramic fiberboard under certain processing process standards, electroplating is carried out on the surface of the board to produce Al203 film with high density, porous structure and strong absorption.

3. Tightness: the tightness improves the porosity of porous anodic oxide film caused by anodic oxidation treatment, and improves the pollution resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of air oxide film of ceramic fiberboard. The air oxide film has no color and is completely transparent. By using the strong absorption effect of air oxide film before grouting reinforcement and accumulating some metal salts in the film hole, the appearance of aluminum profile can show a variety of colors different from its natural colors, such as black, brass, orange and stainless steel plate.

Ceramic fiber board is aluminum silicate insulation cotton board, a board made of refractory materials. The impact toughness is maintained even after heating. Compared with chemical fiber blanket and felt, it is a chemical fiber thermal insulation commodity with stiffness and compressive strength at the support point. The key raw materials are bauxite and alumina powder.

The chemical fiber of gas generator is selected as the raw material of ceramic fiberboard, and a certain proportion of adhesive and filler grade modifier are added. After slurry grinding, it is fully dispersed into slurry in the slurry mixing tank. Pump into the forming tank and mix with air compression. Put the abrasives into the forming tank and suck the chemical fiber slurry on the die shell by using the basic principle of vacuum packaging. Accurately control the suction time, dry the wet textile materials by vacuum pump, put them on the drag tray after drawing out the mold, and send them to the dryer to dry for 10 ~ 24 hours. After the plywood is dry and impetuous, the specifications can be accurately manipulated through a special CNC grinder and edge cutting machine.
