Put the abrasives into the forming tank and suck the chemical fiber slurry on the die shell by using the basic principle of vacuum packaging. Accurately control the suction time, dry the wet textile materials by vacuum pump, take out the mold, put it on the drag tray and send it to the dryer for 10-24 hours. After the plywood is dry, the specifications are controlled by special CNC grinder and trimming machine.

The application of ceramic fiberboard is very common. It does not rise in heating, and the engineering construction is convenient. It can be cut and bent by laser at will.
